The National Back Exchange (NBE) Annual Conference 2023 took place in September at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, bringing together professionals from across health and social care, therapies, education, ergonomics, health and safety, equipment manufacturing and industry.
The two-day conference delivered a comprehensive programme of keynote presentations, concurrent workshops and practical sessions, covering acute care, community settings, bariatrics, paediatrics and general moving and handling practice. Sessions were delivered across multiple plenary and workshop spaces and were supported by an extensive exhibition showcasing the latest equipment, products and services from leading suppliers.
Delegates benefited from CPD-accredited learning, hands-on practical workshops, launch pad sessions and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange. The event also included a welcome reception, AGM, and a formal Conference Dinner and NBE Awards, providing further opportunities for networking and professional recognition.
