About:
The British Sarcoma Group conference is held annual and is hosted by a different region each year. This year the event took place in Newcastle and attracted around 300 sarcoma specialists. The event runs across two days and includes talks from invited speakers as well as abstract presenters. There are approximately 40 speakers across the two days. There was large poster display areas showing posters for delegates to browse. The conference included a dinner on the first evening, providing an opportunity for networking and informal discussion among participants.
Echo’s involvement:
Echo manage all aspects of the conference logistics including venue sourcing, delegate management, sponsorship sales, budget management, logistics, marketing and onsite management. Echo also provide full association management services to the British Sarcoma Group.
