As an established client of Echo, the TETRA and Critical Communications Association has a dedicated team in place to liaise with the TCCA management team and membership on a daily basis. With no task too big or too small our team are on-hand to provide an individual service to our client with a focus on offering a clear return-on-investment. feel ‘in-house’.

With around 150 international corporate members, Echo provide TCCA with core services such as meeting management, secretarial support, membership management and financial management.

Echo deals with all of the Association’s finances and also organise all of the regular Board and other meetings of the TCCA –over 20 meetings in total. I have a good relationship with the dedicated team I deal with and they are available whenever I phone and deal with my business promptly.

Supporting the TCCA Board with their quarterly Board meetings and responsible for venue sourcing, meeting management and minute taking, we have a dedicated member of staff to ensure the smooth running of these international events. An equivalent services is provided to a number of working groups, forums, and task forces within the Association making up a total of 17-20 meetings per year as well as a further 15 teleconferences scheduled and facilitated by the Echo team.

Our team processes all applications, renewals and departures on an administrative and financial basis, allowing our client to focus on representing their members in the best way possible.

We further offer a full financial management service taking care of everything from budget reporting and management, payroll, supplier invoicing and follow-up to quarterly and annual reporting for VAT and auditing purposes.
